By purchasing a digital product from our ‘Download Shop’ you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and the appropriate Licence Agreement.

The digital products available from our ‘Download Shop’ are sold under the terms of a licence and as such our products are covered by Section 13 (d) of ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’. These regulations cover purchasing software online and downloading that software. We offer a free 7-day evaluation membership for various presentations, and these contain the images and PowerPoint (pptx) files sold separately or in a bundle from this ‘Digital Download Shop’. In addition, we also display an animated gif of each presentation sold individually from this ‘Digital Download Shop’. It is your responsibility to view our resources carefully and to ensure that both the resource and licence you purchase/download meet your needs – consequently we do not offer refunds for purchases from this ‘Digital Download Shop’.

N.B. The facility to Download a purchase is available for 3 days and during that time you may download on three occasions – all licences permit personal backups.

A brief summary of the available licences is provided by each product and is replicated below…

Single User Licence:

Allows a single person to have access to a copy of the digital product (e.g. presentation). Non-commercial use only.

Site Licence:

Allows department staff to have their own personal copy of the digital product (e.g. presentation). Students can access the digital product whilst at school. Non-commercial use only. Use is restricted to the physical site of the building.

VLE Licence:

Allows all department staff and students to have access to the digital product (e.g. presentation) – both at school and at home. Non-commercial use only. This is the best licence for distance learning.

Commercial Licence:

For commercial and non-commercial use – online or otherwise. Only available for certain digital products such as images or image collections. The digital product (e.g. images) must not be resold/distributed in isolation or in a collection. Copyright credit must be given to SSER Ltd. For commercial use of our presentations please contact us directly with details of your intended use. Please note that private tutors and tutorial agencies can purchase a personal or corporate membership of one or more of our ‘Paid Courses’.
